Trying to link my two books under second pen name

Hi guys,
I'm trying to set this account up as an Author Profile and then link my two books together. This is my second pen name and I've set it up as a new account with a different email address, but both pen names use the same email address in KDP, and I don't know if that is what is causing the issues when I've tried to claim the books? Can someone please help me?

This request does not involve the adding of new books/new editions to the Goodreads database, so it is in the wrong folder..

Please MOVE your topic to the correct folder Book & Author Page Issues by clicking the (EDIT) button next to the topic's title and picking the target folder from the pulldown list (only available for desktop/laptop, not in the app).

Or, perhaps even better, contact Support.

I've done this, and support keep giving me the run around, that's why I'm trying the librarians. Now that it's in the right folder, can someone please help me?
