Incorrect author listed for my book (done)

I tried this, and it said "Sorry, you are already in the author program as Kelly Stone and only one author profile may be claimed at a time. For more information..." and it directs me to info about pen names. I did not use a pen name. This is just my other book. How can I claim this and have it correctly attributed to me?
