Adding award to book page

My novel, The Burden of Truth, has made the shortlist for Best Crime First Novel for Crime Writers of Canada Awards of Excellence. How can I add the badge to my book?

If you are wanting your cover to show a sticker you need to ask for an ACE (alternate cover edition) to be added in the Adding New Book & editions folder, following the instructions in this post;

Be aware that almost everything is very behind in this group now, with the adding new books the most of all.
