I think Six of Crows is the second trilogy in the series, so probably shadow and bone

Starting SOC before the OG series will make the world building to understand a little difficult, but you will get the hang of it. I read it without reading the trilogy first, and have still not read them, and ABSOLUTELY adore this duology, so it depends on you, whether you want to take the shorter or longer route.
