Deleted Book using the wrong ISBN

is using ISBN: 9783215054587 and preventing me from adding the ISBN to

Which is the correct book for this ISBN as can be seen here; https://www.buecher.de/artikel/buch/b...

Can the deleted book be fully purged from Goodreads, or at least the ISBN removed so it can be assigned correctly?

Paul, there was an issue with bots incorrectly marking books as invalid/deleted. You can change the status back to Public and correct the book.
