After Typing in ISBN An Error Message appears

So basically when I type in the ISBN of the edition of the book I have I get an error message saying nothing is found with that ISBN number, however when I submitted a request to add the edition I was informed by a Librarian that its already in the system, in which case why does the book not appear after I type the ISBN number. The ISBN I type in is 0345460049, the edition is paperback by Ballantine Books (this is the publisher). I have tried this on both the android app and the website from the computer, I get the same result from both places.

ISBN10 is missing, there is only ISBN13, that's why you can't find it.
