As a librarian, is there any reason you can't do this yourself?

I don't know how to do this, or what the rules are for authors with multiple spellings of their name.

Either ask at the "Questions (from Librarians only)" folder or move your request to the "Book & Author Page Issues". How can we expect readers to use the proper folder when our librarians don't?

In this case it is not a spelling variation but rather the names are just in the wrong order on one of them. You can correct that one and merge it into the correct one with the Vietnamese text.
