I know many of us have been a little quiet lately, so I thought I’d check in and see if anyone’s interested in starting a memoir reading chain?
I’d love to get some conversation going again, and I’m happy to kick things off by sharing a copy of my memoir, Lost & Found: The Journey of Socorro. It’s available in both English and Spanish and tells my real-life story of being found as a toddler on the streets of Guadalajara, growing up in a Mexican orphanage, and later being adopted into a family in the U.S. It explores themes like abandonment, adoption, identity, faith, motherhood, and healing.
Let me know if you’d like to be part of a reading chain—and feel free to suggest your own book too! It would be wonderful to get a few stories circulating and keep the memoir love flowing
