You can claim it by clicking in the 'Is this you? Let us know' link at the bottom of the page.
For future reference, this link is for Zane^^Sawyer (two spaces between the names).
That's the way we have to separate profiles from authors with the same name.

Hello,I can't really help you there, as the GR author application process is unknown to me, as I never been through it, and we don't get feedback from users who went through it.

I'd say, if that becomes a problem, at the limit, you DO have an official website, your Wattpad profile.
