I don't know how to study and I need help BADLY.

Soo like I have a bunch of quizzes and tests tomorrow and I am EXHAUSTED. I had state testing today too so that was draining but I NEED to prepare NOW. I already studied for one of my test, but another one I got to go is like 60 vocabulary words and I have to know each one with each definition without a word bank and I just don't know how to prepare. I've been really burnt out and dealing with a lot of mental health problems so I just haven't studied. I am completely aware that this is on me and this is my fault, but if anyone has any studying tips I will forever be in debt to you.

hi girlie, im so sorry youve been dealing with this and know youre not alone!

while i dont have studying tips exactly, i do have things to make it easier! whats worked best for me is
- don’t overwork yourself, take short breaks like getting fresh air!
- WATER WATER WATER! please drink water i promise its better
- good music, nothing thats distracting :)
