Honestly I can 100% relate to the character over the book portion. A book could have the most intriguing plot and I would still be bored if I didn't connect to any of the characters! I feel like since you have a mix of personality types up there you maybe like the grumpy x sunshine trope?? Or whatever the dystopian equivalent is LOL

Not gonna lie, I do kinda vibe with grumpy x sunshine, but it needs to be well-done and not just cliche'd lol (like everlark!
