I really care about school and my grades, but sometimes I feel like my only choice is to give up, and I can't do that.
Can anyone help me?




Ella, that sounds smart. The music, I mean. I do enjoy being outside, and I wish I were more.. My phone's been too much of a habit.

Start of day:
1.So roll out of bed. 2.Splash comes with cold water on your face. (say something nice to your reflection. if your mind echoes back it's too early for this. Smile back, & say "love you kid..."3. Jump in the shower. 4. Scent of vanilla leads to happier thoughts... 5. Brush your teeth. 6. Yoga poses with deep breaths 10-15m. Less compression, less pain, easier to breathe. when transitioning through the poses with deep breaths. 7. On the bus, stuck in traffic a play something that feeds into your own mental chemistry that starts your brain on the right foot. (For me personally it's Tqum by Sofia Reyes & (What A) Wonderful World by Sam Cooke. Yet if you're not driving, get in a quick brain game to get your neurons firing before the shift or class starts.

Mid day
8. Quick positive affirmations, on a voice memo, a youtube speech, or a spotify audio clip. 9. A conversation with someone who makes you feel good. 10. Say something kind to yourself. 11. Have a positive music playlist to turn to. To get you into a better mood. 12. Scents hot heavily sprayed but enough for a sniff, of a pleasant smell, like damn that smells good. 13. Happy relatable quotes & memes that get you out of the rot.

Later in the day:
14. Write down your positive affirmation like self~talk therapy.
15. Get in a quick body workout 30-45 mins. Rather it's a sport, a body circuit, or just a physical activity with yourself or with friends.
16. Relaxing shower, After that yeah, I earned this.
