What is the source of the image?

The Goodreads listing currently gives only the page count, can you confirm the number of pages in the book?
If this is the same you can submit a request at 'book & Author page issues' asking for correction and addition of details including author name, format, date of issue, publisher, ISBN. They should also be able to add the cover once those details are added.
