Merging/combine paperback and ebook

Each of my Knotty Omegas books has multiple listings. They are Knot Their Style, Knot Their Cup of Tea, and Knot Their First Rodeo. Each has a version with the subtitle A Contemporary Omegaverse Reverse Harem Romance which I believe is because the paperback versions released in February. Can we combine them, please? Thank you!
