Update Author and Combine the Versions

Hi! Can you help me get this one updated to my author profile? It is assigned to the wrong Christina Diane. (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...) Also, I need to have this one merged with the other version.

I have combined the two editions.
On goodreads, combining means that the paperback and kindle edition are listed as one book. Merging would mean that I deleted one of the editions.
