The link from Martin includes info about images needing to be from acceptable / approved websites such as Amazon, the publisher, the author, etc.

You don't appear to be the author or with the publisher of this title, so we're unable to add a cover that you yourself created as it's not on an approved site.

Having said that, I have instead used the image from the publisher website. Consider this done.
