I think the lion share of law enforcement do the job. Every orchard has a few bad apples, though. I think the worst they’d do is just do the minimum. It’s particularly bad when they’re investigating murders of prostitutes.

It is the police's duty to do their job to the best of their ability regardless of the victim's identity. If they cannot do so, they should not be on the force.
