Add book to series (book 3 of 3)

Hi, a couple of things about my new book The Hallowed Grail.
1) There seem to be two versions of it, so I'd be grateful if they could be combined.

2) This is the third book in the Warne & Elias series (ie it should be Warne & Elias 3, to fit in with the earlier titles)
3) There's also an audio version of The Alexander Cipher on the wrong page. It should probably be added to the one on my main page.

Hi Camille,
Thanks for doing this. There's still one small issue, though, which is that The Hallowed Grail doesn't specify that it's book 3 in the Warne & Elias series (both the first two books have the title followed by Warne & Elias #x in brackets). Is this something I need to fix myself, and if so how?
