Ya'll, my spring formal for my homeschool group was last night and it was AMAZING!!!

I got a gift card to a coffee place). During dinner, there was a Shakespeare performance! They did a scene from The Taming of the Shrew, a scene from As You Like It, and a sonnet. It was really cool!
For dinner we could choose from steak, chicken, or vegetarian, and I got chicken. I got it last year as well, and it was EASILY some of the best food I've ever had!
Right before desserts there was a bunch of toasts from all of the different classes.
There were also a bunch of group photos, we did one as a class and one with all of the other classes. For our group photo, the photographer took one normal photo of us all smiling and then one with a prompt so that she could get an "action shot" sort of thing. The prompt was "look at the student who is most likely to use AI on their next paper" and we all looked at the same girl, my friend Ilena 😂 It was absolutely hilarious!
So yeah, it was such a fun night!

She passed away in December, but i still think of her often. I was emotionally prepared when we put her down, because one night, we were planning to put her down the next morning, but right before she went to the day(she wasn’t eating) my dad tried to feed her a piece of salmon, and she ate it, so we put her down about a month later
