Hi guys! My book WAKE is in bookstores now. It just hit the New York Times bestseller list, woot!

WAKE is about seventeen-year-old Janie who gets sucked into other people's dreams. She can't stop it, and she can't tell anybody about what happens to her -- they'd never believe her or worse, they'd think she's a freak. So Janie lives on the fringe, cursed with an extraordinary ability that she doesn't want and can't control.

I'm having a fun week on book tour with Cassandra Clare (City of Bones/City of Ashes) this week.

I'm so glad you liked WAKE. The sequel, FADE, comes out in February 2009.

I'm really enjoying reading the posts about The Book Thief. It's been almost 2 years since I read it and I've forgotten so much -- this is bringing it all back.

This is a great group! Love how active it is.
