Your deeper meaning of the series

When I was little my step-father introduced me and my sister to the HP series cause we were going to universal. While my sister wasn’t really impressed, I fell IN LOVE with everything about it. The magic, how Harry works through the struggles, how your parents and your past don’t define you, how Hermione, Ginny, and Luna show that a girl can be smart,brave, or quirky and still be great and successful. I love how at the base it’s a good vs. evil story, but there are so many other messages that it sends. I could go on for days about how much I love it. But having something to connect myself with my step-father, having something to bond over, it really made it special. It’s amazing to be able to dive deep into this world someone I love, loves, and now be able to love it myself.

So I just want to know what the story means to you on a deeper level.

Harry Potter really has brought me into the world of fantasy. It’s pretty much changed my life with the way I think and feel about things.

The Harry Potter series is not just a book series that I enjoyed it is a whole new world that I love to escape to. Right now I’m really I to Harry Potter and I can’t imagine a world where Harry Potter doesn’t exist. I love escaping into books but when I was introduced into Harry Potter I was amazed. These books have brought me so much joy. I’m in love with these books. And I would do anything to really be in them. I’m going to Florida in a week and I that is probably the closest I will get to being magical. I have never really met Harry Potter, Ron Wesley, and Hermione Granger but I feel like I have known these people for my entire life. Most books are just a book to me that I enjoy reading but Harry Potter is not just a book series it has made life bearable and enjoyable I will forever keep this series in my heart.

For me Harry Potter is better than Game of Thrones. I had the opposite opinion a few months ago though, so there has been progress.

BUT HP contains no philosophy worth remembering. To me at least.

When Rowling concentrated on Muggles and Ministry of Magic, she showed that the community did have grown up problems. And when she concentrated on the plot in books 1-4, she showed that HP did not need depth.
