making a character - need help deciding if character is good or not

this is my character! they're for a cartoon/comic book series im currently working on! please give me some advice
quinn handersons is a genderfluid bassist for the rival band. they're sarcastic, sadistic, and dramatic, with a sharp mind and a talent for manipulation. they have high-functioning npd, which makes them crave admiration while struggling with genuine connection.

they were kicked out by their parents after coming out and now live on the streets or in a homeless shelter. they act like they don't care, but deep down, they hate feeling
powerless. their charm and wit make them dangerously good at getting what they want, though they sometimes feel guilty when manipulating people they actually care about.

quinn thrives on conflict, always stirring up drama for fun, but there’s one person in particular they secretly despise. their rivalry with the main band is both a game and a coping mechanism—an outlet for their frustration and need for control. they use music as both an escape and a performance, treating every moment on stage like it's their last chance to prove something.
