These appear to be two different covers for the same work, meaning the ISBN might apply to both through an ACE. Is that what you're suggesting? Per policy, the ISBN should remain with the newest edition using it.
If that's the case, you can create the ACE yourself to move the ISBN. After that, you can ask us to merge the ISBN-less edition into the newly created one, either on this thread or on a new one.

I would normally tell you that superlibrarians cannot handle ISBN issues and that you would need to contact support.

However, risking the integrity of the universe, I already gave you a hint on how you can do it yourself, by creating ACEs and asking for a merge. If you cannot figure it out, you may need to contact support after all.
