Please combine/remove editions

I'm still trying squash a bunch of non-existent editions/covers for my book. Still out there are two editions that do not exist with covers that do not exist:

There's also this German Kindle edition that needs to be combined with the main book listing.

Both of those covers were uploaded after the publication date, so they appear to be valid. We do not remove older covers.

You can create alternate cover editions if you wish, as well as combine your editions.
