The gov shoukdnt be adding more to the mix. This is making people who are also overqualified for positions unable to get jobs just because they are white, they get to see someone who is non white get the job, for only that reason,

white people have always been the uhhh reverse of oppressed, idk the word for it, but they've always been the superior race (i'm not saying that they are btw) and it sucked for minorities, who almost always seem to have the lesser/worse jobs, and they're the target of racism. this should stop, but it won't happen immediately, which is a blessing and a curse.
