Dead $mile ⚠︎︎♡Freaky Girl♡⚠︎︎ [Nimona] | 338 comments I've done both Lucid Dreaming AND Vivid/Avid Dreaming

I used to Lucid Dream ALL THE TIME/EVERY NIGHT but I don't do it anymore....

Dead $mile ⚠︎︎♡Freaky Girl♡⚠︎︎ [Nimona] | 338 comments I have BADDDD sleeping problems and wake up a lot and all that, so I could prolly' go back to Lucid/Vivid/Avid Dreaming but I choose not to. (I forgot the full process to do but I remember some of it...idk if that makes sense lol)
Some of my dreams have turned into reality which scares me T-T

i think history is very interesting and a lot more complicated than both of these (i don't fully agree with either of them). i would say history is mostly driven by thought, which causes actions and innovations, which in turn cause more thought and so on. i view it as cause and effect, where everything is simultaneously being caused by something and causing something. nothing ever came from nowhere or had no outcome. similarly, all ideas today both have a history and an effect, and we should examine the history to see where the effect will lead.

lmao that came out super philosophical but yeah that's how i see history

Austin this might be a little mean so I apologizes in advance but just curious on peoples thoughts on it.

The left is obsessed with victim culture so many left wing personalities identify that they have mental illness, bipolar, ADHD, depression ect. Does having a mental disorder make you left wing? Or does being left wing and the mental gymnastics of it give you a mental disorder?

Both

butterfly is back (barely, mostly on insta) (midnightbutterfly23) | -147 comments Its more like the left is more willing to go out of their way to get diagnosis and always talk about it whereas the rught woukd well, try to find a solution withiut labelling it as such

message 161: by Austin (new)

Austin well I think the right takes the opinion of these labels are just excuses.

butterfly is back (barely, mostly on insta) (midnightbutterfly23) | -147 comments Well, no, because people on the right do habe these same disorders, they just dont label it and mention it at every opportunity

message 163: by Austin (new)

Austin yeah which is not disagreeing with my statement as they might have it but they see it as excuses and not flash it like a badge.

Neither. You can have a mental disorder no matter your political party, and I don't think
associating them is fair. I think it's just that the left care more about identifying and discussing those mental health issues because those things are important, and we recognize that. We discuss mental health a lot because we're bringing awareness to it, and though if course there's a time and place for talking about it, mental health shouldn't be something to hide or be ashamed of.

Most people who have ADHD, Bipolar, stuff like that are born with it, and though it's usually noticed or triggered later in life (teens, young adult), it doesn't have anything to do with your political party.

The left aren't "obsessed with victim culture", we care about addressing problems that need to be addressed and finding help for people. Yes, some left people might use their disorder as an excuse to do things, and many will play victim in situations, but I think that's exacerbated by social media and not the political party itself.

I might have missed something, idk but yeah there's my argument

my thoughts are that everybody uses victim culture. for the left people use civil rights issues, and for the right people use supposed immigrant violence and the old children rhetoric. we could argue about whether or not these things are valid, and i have my thoughts on their validity too, but victimization provokes a lot of fear, which is probably why politicians use it so much.

Austin Sai :) wrote: "Austin wrote: "this might be a little mean so I apologizes in advance but just curious on peoples thoughts on it.

I disagree on the framing. I don't think the right sees immigrant voilence as victim culture so much as they see it as danger left unchecked. Like the fact Victims exist does not give the right it's power. It is the idea of preventing victims from existing that gives the right it's power.

attempting to explain it clearer. The right points ut danger and says we should end the danger to prevent people from being victimized.

The left claims being victimized by society and thus they should change society by virtue of being victims.

They are different things.

young men are definitely being failed by society. i'm not going to weigh in on the religious aspect of the video bc i'm not qualified for that lmao but yes society is very sexist. by that i mean both women and men are degraded based on their sex, and neither is elevated. it's just in different ways that this happens. like for women it's more people thinking they're uncapable and shallow and for men it's people thinking they're violent and aggressive, which we can see in the justice system

I think they just can't drown. Hypothetically they don't even need to breath because they won't die if they don't

if you're immortal won't it be a really sad life bc you'll just live forever, eventually the solar system will get destroyed and humanity might vanish but you'll still be alive

Austin This was fascinating:
There was a peer reviewed paper that came out that said there was a correlation between being woke and having a mental illness and high anxiety. As well as generally more conservative people are generally more attractive.

The video is discussing the aftermath of the paper
