It also looks like when it got added, the GR cover image mistakenly ended up containing BOTH the back and front as one image, like it shows on one of the pages in Amazon, instead of just the cover.Seems that should also be fixed, especially as it seems an error and not an alternate cover situation.

They can remove the isbn's from the Kindle edition. Once that is done, the paperback edition with those isbn's can be created, either by GR Support, or by you.

Deleting this edition would not help, as it would block both the ASIN and isbn from being used on another edition.

Not all cover changes are allowed. Changing a front and back cover to just the front cover is a valid reason for a cover change, but without a change comment there is no way to see what the reason for the cover change was.
That Kindle edition has BOTH the Kindle ASIN and paperback edition ISBNs, combined into one "kindle" edition rather than the two separate editions they should be.
I can't fix it because ASINs and ISBNs can't be changed, and didn't think I could add a paperback because I'd get an error saying the ISBN is already in use.
So I'm unsure of the best way to get this fixed. (Other than "maybe" marking it for deletion and creating two entirely new separate editions, I didn't see a solution, and even that may not work.)
Help needed. An explanation of the best solution would ALSO be helpful in case I see this sort of thing again.
