Merge and Series Update

There are two editions of To Green Angel Tower: Part 1 - Siege by Tad Williams, one contains 10 or so editions and is not included in the series, the other contains only one (I'm unsure on the language this edition is in).

Ideally I feel they should be merged and properly assigned in the series as Memory, Sorrow and Thorn #3 Part 1
