Problem synching GR account with Amazon account

Hi
I'm trying to list one of my books on Goodreads as a giveaway but am unable to because I get a message stating that the name on my Amazon account is not the same as on my GR account.
The problem, I imagine, is this. My Amaz name (real name) is not the same as my GR name (pen name) although the email is the same with both. GR sends me to Amaz who sends me to Amaz retail, which gets me nowhere. I'd appreciate any clarification.
