The Teacher by Frieda McFadden because one of the MC is literally a PEDO. The other MC is the VICTIM. And surprise surprise when the third MC was having relations with another minor 😇 (Love Frieda McFadden but like.. WHAT) And Grounded: The Adventurers of Rapunzel just can't like it for some reason
little life, I get the hype of how emotional it is, but it's really all suffering and pain, with nothing good happening and I couldn't finish it from how much I was bawling my eyes out.
By a thread by lucy score. The author made the heroine too poor, it got worse and worse every next page.......I was kinda pissed
At first I was going to make a joke and say it's Mein Kampf because that's the book the whole world hates, or something like that. But then I realized that there is one writer who really makes me sick. He's a British writer called Conn Iggulden. He writes historical novels without knowing anything about history, or maybe he knows history but thinks his readers are idiots.Like, this author made Batu Khan the only child of Jochi in his book Empire of Silver. In fact, Jochi (who was the eldest son of Genghis Khan and died shortly before his father) had many sons and at least one daughter. Historical sources say that Batu Khan had eighteen brothers and half-brothers, and some of them (such as his younger brother Shiban) were great generals and founders of their own dynasties. It is impossible to write them out of history. All in all, making Batu Khan the only child of Jochi is like making Henry VIII a bachelor.
Of course, a historical novel is not a history textbook, and fiction does not imply exact adherence to fact. But there was too much shameless fiction in this book. But I cannot list all his mistakes here, because there were too many.
What he wrote about the Roman Empire is even worse than what he wrote about the Mongol Empire. For example, he made Julius Caesar and his murderer Brutus childhood friends! In fact, Brutus was much younger than Caesar, and just before Brutus was born, Caesar had an affair with his mother, Servilia. Some historians even suggest that Brutus was Caesar's illegitimate son. And they certainly weren't childhood friends!
I’ve only read 5, so it will definitely change, but wicked. the story felt messy and boring, then of course, it had its weird moments. Things in that book I couldn’t imagine a human would ever feel the need to put on paper… there seemed to be no real plot to me. I love the way they rewrote the story for the musical, they saved it. Gave the story meaning and plot, gave the characters purpose and depth :)
Hello Fellow Readers,Sadly for me.....Lightlark....Please don't attack me on this I just felt let down.. and the story line was good just too overhyped and nothing special.... And also the antidote by Shelley Sackier the writing was just off for me...
See Ya,

white horse black nights… her betrothed makes her ride across the country… on a horse… completely naked, while her “bodyguard” is literally ogling her and smelling her (he can smell that she’s a virgin, or as he calls it “untouched” and proceeds to get turned on by it). 😭😭

Pregnancy, perhaps, or some sort of female malady? This bodyguard could have a great career as a gynaecologist!
The Family Upstairs by Lisa JewellOne by One by Frieda McFadden - super disappointed and let down with those ones because so many people raved about them
The Ex by Freida McFadden 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 awful story line and CONFUSING plot twist that was not plot twisting like her other books. She was tryna do wayyyy too much !!
the perfect marriage by jeneva rose was so stupid I'm still pissed about it and it's been like 2 years since I read it.

Any of the After series. (I admit to feeling like a total cougar when I look at what's his name on-screen... he makes me want to dry hump a dog's leg, for real.)
Otherwise - to me, it's a series that promotes abusive relationships and severe codependency.

McFadden! I love thrillers with many twists and turns and jaw-dropping, 11th-hour reveals... But after a while, her books became too formulaic. Set a scene with a female MC in distress/peril and mention several other characters; throw in a bunch of red herrings and then pin it on the least mentioned character with a twist that also implicates a best friend/boyfriend/husband/fiancée/sibling/parent/etc. and VOILA!
I think possibly the book I'm reading right now...lolBrooke Shields Is Not Allowed to Get Old: Thoughts on Aging as a Woman
I really disliked All Fours... but I didn't HATE it.

lol
I would probably say Shadow & Bone. I know that book is really popular, and if you’re looking in the YA fantasy section you should expect the same sort of copy and paste weird names, magic, and lands. Although I’ve found some really good books in that genre, Shadow and Bone was not one. It’s probably one of the books that have taken me the longest to read. It was predictable and kind of boring. Like yeah, yeah I get it you are a petite, ugly girl, with some weird ahh power and a love triangle that happens to be “my best friends” whom is such a good guy or the evil magic guy who I shouldn’t talk to but I can’t help it. Or whatever. No hate to the author because I really like some of her other books but this one wasn’t it for me. This just my opinion I know lots of people love these books.
