Do negative thoughts control us more than the positives?

Yes I think they do because they are easy to believe. Some things that are good dont last as long as the bad things that happen because the bad things haunt us and the good things just make life easier and happy for a little but the bad things always come back

i think they do because when something’s negative it’s a lot easier to impact your brain and make you think negatively about everything, whereas a lot of times it’s harder to think positively (but still try anyways🩷)
