Questions About section all in another language

I hope I've posted this in the proper section.

At the time that I'm posting this thread, "Not Quite by the Book" is only available on early release (I got it from Amazon First Reads). The problem is that there are already 80 Questions About the book...and they are all in a foreign language.

How can I correct that? Or can someone who has the ability to clean this up go in and correct this (the posts look like spam to me, even though I can't read the verbiage).
