Surendra Mohanty books are available in English, Hindi, Marathi and Odia. I think English one will be more appropriate. There are many books available in goodreads by the name of Surendra Mohanty.

Primary author should be the common latin version of the name, name as shown on book can be added as secondary author.
Currently the name is the same as given at your Amazon source, you would need to provide something further to confirm it should be Surendra Mohanty
