a book full of guiding principles about life that have stood the test of time. a must read for anyone interested in learning about stoicism.

*the annotated version was great to learn more about some of the ancient greek and roman figures he talked about in his notes

The ancient Greeks and Romans had a lot of interesting ideas on philosophy, so definitely will check this one out. I think the annotations are super important because it's so easy to get lost on who they're talking about too
