Web-only edition or blog post, is this a book?

Hello team!

New librarian here :)

I am working on the request: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...#

For me it seems like a web-only edition. But it does not have a cover or ISBN/ASIN. Also, the author which has a badge, didn't add this book:

Is this a valid book to add to the Goodreads? Full book is available on the author's website: https://keiramarcos.com/2024/03/a-gli... . Bus is it actually a book or just blog post?

Online fanfic rarely has a cover and never has an ISBN/ASIN. The 9-1-1 fanfic request you linked to would be permitted on GR as it's complete, book length and the author is fine with their readers adding their stories to GR.
