I'm quite good at reading the books I get from the library, but I have about a hundred or so books on my unread shelf—books I physically own—and for whatever reason, I simply don't gravitate towards them. I would, however, read that exact book if it came from the library. I'm assuming the deadline of 21 days helps me stay motivated.

same! i have so many on my shelf just chillin'. i believe reading books & buying them are two different hobbies 😭
