No it was not. When the Darkness Fell is the only one that's been out in any way or form. Putting aside my luck with actually reaching readers, the other three are only there as a coming soon for people to save already.
I came upon the same problem here with this request. https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...None of these have ever or will ever be a kindle edition. Just my first one was (when the darkness fell). I must have created the new ones wrong when I made their page, so that would be on me for the confusion.
