Corrupted image files being added by bots/staff

Is anyone else seeing a number of corrupted image files which we cannot change due to
'Book cover image set by Goodreads.
Contact Experts if update is required.'
Here is one where I added correct image to a blank edition and it was changed by Goodreads just two days later

This is alright by me when actual staff are posting real images, but when it is bots corrupting existing correct images it is annoying.

I found it through a user request for image, they said they will contact support.
