self help book recs !!

hey guys! im in a class on communication in interpersonal relationships and our final is to do a book analysis on a self help / nonfiction book. I have to have a book by February 19 and would love and appreciate some good recs as long as it is nonfiction, and on self-help/relationships/love/dating because those are my requirements, thank you!!! <3

Not sure if this would count but the book Rich Bitch might be good! I read it earlier this year and it was one of the better self-help books I’ve ever read.

Okay so I haven't read it but I don't know if The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck counts? It is a self-help book but I know it's also super popular so I'm not sure if there'll be other people in your class that also choose it or not lol.
