So I’m friends with this girl from my school who’s in a relationship with another guy in college, and for a while I wasn’t sure if she liked me as something more, she gave lots of signs of that. I discounted it is her being friendly bc she has a bf. I mean she like showed lots of signs. For a while I’d been asked to ask a certain girl to hoco by my friends, I didn’t have anyone to go with. The first girl we’ll call Betty That was the setup. So betty came to me one day and asked if I was going with a group to hoco bc she didn’t have one. I said yes, but they mainly wanted couples. I then added that we could go as friends if she wanted to get in. She was noncommittal and said it could look weird, seeing as she’s in a relationship, and I agreed. Later, I finally decided with my friends to ask the second girl to hoco, who I didn’t really know but know likes me. Betty just called me and said, “hey I still don’t have a group, do you want to go with me as a friend?” I said no at this point, bc I had committed to something else. Now she’s super upset and is crying and idk why and idk what to do. What do I do?
OKAY…SOoooooo this Betty girl sounds like she's being a little something called hormonal…I would just leave her alone , its not your job to comfort her. you dont owe her anything and she'll get over it. Since you already comited to the other girl- Just tell betty that then walk away.
She just sounds plain rude. and what's hoco?

Do you guys think you could offer some advice. Like my username says I'm in love with this really christan guy but he doens't know I read spicy books and he's kind of a red flag, so... any advice?
Thank you guys! As for your situation, in love, first and foremost be honest and upfront about what you read. Secondly, what kind of red flags? How bad?
He's really homophobic, but not in the sense of making mean comments about them, just kind of the doesn't generally like anyone who's part of the LGBTQ+ community and is partially rude to those that he thinks are. Most of my friends are either gay/lesbian/bisexual, so it irritates me.

I don’t think you should date him just because you might loose in the process and there will be someone else out there who isn’t homophobic
