Hi, can this thread be somehow corrected to keep only posts requiring action?
I went through some requests, and they were already completed some time ago, so an option to remove, move, or at least marked done of done requests would be great here

The way this system is made makes it difficult to do as you suggest.
Usually what librarians do is, when adding a book from a language thread, they report 'X and Y done'.
So at a later time, they know that requests prior to those are already done. That is what I do at the Portuguese thread, and that is what I suggest you to do here.

Yeah, but people need to cooperate to make it happen. Honestly searching/filtering by group/tag should be available, so I could just search for all requests for Polish books in "New Requests", and this would do the trick, because when you close the thread, it's moved to a different group.
I mean, it's UX Basics nowadays :)
