The ebook edition is not even an option and the ISBN number for what’s posted on GR doesn’t indicate this is an ebook. The number of pages is also incorrect.

What is the purpose of having this forum if things aren’t going to be fixed or updated?

Scott | 9038 comments You asked for a new book addition, not a correction.
If corrections are needed to an existing record, post in Book Issues (or other appropriate folder) and be clear about what needs to be fixed.

As far as I was concerned an addition is EXACTLY what I was asking for. It’s not my job to make sure the ISBN numbers are linked to the proper media type. That responsibility is YOURS!

The proper response would’ve been there was an error and we will correct OR post a link to where this request can be made. That is called customer service? Your unprofessional attitude is shameful. Perhaps you need training in dealing with the public!

Scott | 9038 comments If you are asking for details to be corrected on an existing book record, that isn't an addition. The responsibility for providing the corrected data is yours.
