Unfortunately the UK publisher's website doesn't list the ISBN for the ebook edition, but you can see from the book's Amazon UK page (https://amzn.eu/d/75YMaGn) that all of the UK editions use the cover art with the cat skull, and that the UK ebook and UK Kindle art are the same. Only the US editions have the art with the eyes. That's about all the proof I'm able to give outside of pointing at bookseller websites, which are not a valid source.

You can also search the UK ebook ISBN on Amazon UK and it will give you the book in the search results, if that counts for anything.
