Guys I'm so lazy! I need your help

I have so much homework and so much to study. But I don't have any motivation. And I need any kinds of tips on this topic!!!!!

girl ur not lazy. dont say ur lazy i totally understand not having motivation to do stuff but telling urself ur lazy will not help <3

here are my random tips (coming from an adhd girly)

-give urself a chocolate chip (or m&m) after every problem/page (i know it sounds weird but i’m rlly food motivated so..)

-go on pintrest and look at study motivation stuff, it makes u feel like ur a hot academic girly

-play chill music (either with or without lyrics) my playlist for this is here:

-just do it and give urself a reward after (i usually will let myself buy a book if i do a lot of hw lol)

hey girl, i kinda have the same problem...
something that really helps me is setting timers and study for 15/30 minutes without getting distracted
also music really helps me concentrating (maybe classical music or lo-fi)
you could go and study in a library or a coffee shop, it personally makes me feel so productive
i really need to stop procrastinating until i build up enough stress to start studying, because that just demotivates me more and more

My go-to during my nursing degree was to search up pomodoro ambiance videos on Youtube.
you work during a time and are forced to take a break and repeat that.
you can either do 25 minutes of work + 5 minute break X4 then a long 30 minute break or instead of 25/5 there 50 minutes of work and 10 minutes of breaks X2 then the 30 minute break.

you have to work during the working period and have to take the break during the break periods.

Get snacks, a nice cozy tea or coffee, set up and go through the whole video.

pomodoro method!! omg I swear by it. I can also be hella lazy so I get u!! rewarding urself after u complete tasks is really good too, gives u motivation

make a Pinterest board about your dream colleges, good grades, and studying. Before you do your homework/study just scroll through the board for like a minute. You’ll be super motivated to work for it <3

What helps me to light and candle turn of my lights and turn on a small light at my desk do work for 30 minutes and then give myself a 5-minute break then repeat till I am all done with my work
