i read caraval before and really loved it. caraval provides a lot of background for one of the main characters in ouabh so i would really recommend reading it before, but it’s also just a really good trilogy !!

I read Caraval before ouabh and honestly I recommend doing that bc there's a couple of minor spoilers for the Caraval trilogy in ouabh

I didn't read Caraval before but I would recommend that you do because it provides a bit more information abt Fates and Jacks’s past and stuff but it doesn't really matter and OUABH is definitely better than Caraval so you could just skip it

I really suggest u read carnaval it’s baisicalky about an annual magical game that’s like just pure magic and it follows the story of the dragons sisters plus it will give u much more insight on jacks and what and who he is plus in my opinion it’s a 5 stars série pure magic
