Graphic Audios not meeting catalg guidelines?

It appears that some graphic audios/Dramatized adaptations have been taken down due to the catalog guidelines but not all the graphic audios are no longer available. I'm confused as to why these would not meet catalog guidelines when other audio books can be in the catalog and can be rated. For example the graphic audios for Iron flame have been removed due to not meeting the catalog criteria but the graphic audios for A court of Thorns and Roses are allowed and do meet the criteria. I believe a librarian needs to review the Dramatized Adaptations for Iron Flame
