What have you been reading lately?

This is an old topic, but I thought I would refresh it.

We are all familiar with the well-established icons, such as Jim Butcher, Benedict Jacka, and so on. So, who are the new up and coming superstars?

Devin Ross has a series: The Logan Bridges Series...The story is a good one, but you can tell he is an engineer by the way he writes.

Steven D. Lowden has the first book in a series out called 99 Souls of the Soulepierre Chronicles. It is a style more like Jim Butcher and Benedict Jacka. This was a page turner that kept me readings into the late hours of the night when i should have been sleeping.

Dacre Stoker's Dracul...not sure this is (Historic) Urban Fantasy. But I thought I would throw it out there.

What is that new series that you are waiting on the next installment?

Dacre Stoker is definitely on my list! Right now, I'm catching up on a lot of the Ilona Andrews stuff.
