Cover changed.Capitalisation in title is correct.
Ah, I just realised that I should have posted this edition for the cover https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3... https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... used a photo of the hardback first edition but with the publisher of the paperback version and no details of the format. Perhaps this should be merged?

I have removed the cover and merged duplicate edition.Please can you confirm ISBN and publisher for the edition you own.
