I REALLY NEED OTHER PEOPLES OPINION ON THIS. PLEASE REPLY

I know its lengthy but please read it and share your opinion. Please :(

My birthday was on 10th january . So i asked my 3 closest friends to meet me at a restaurant today and treated them. 2 of them gave me gifts but one did not. I have been friends with her for 6 years. I have always given her gifts on her birthday except for this year. We also have a mutual friend whose birthday is 10 days earlier than mine, and she always gave her something for her birthday. She always gives gifts to other people on their birthday but never gave me one on mine.
We also did a Secret Santa today and she got N. At first she gave N a gift. Then she brought another one for her. She told her mom that we met today because today was Ns birthday. Heres the big catch, she was the first one to wish me on my birthday.
I just want to know why did she not give me anything today. Would it be too weird and clingy to ask her that?

a agree, you should ask her. maybe she just forgot to bring it and was too embarrassed to admit that, or she plans to give it to you later, but definitely you deserve an explanation

We actually went to her house after eating out and stayed there for like 5 to 6 hours

I finally decided to ask her. I started the conversation by saying "Why do you never give me any gift?" she replied that she never gives anyone anything for their birthday because she can never decide what to give, she only gives gift to K(whose bd is 10 days earlier than mine)and asked me if I was hurt because she did not give me anything. I replied affirmatively. then she said that she was happy that i confronted her and sorry for hurting my feelings.
Although am highly embarrassed by it I am still glad that I told her.
