I've had to visit one whenever I travel to Puerto Rico to pay respects to my grandparents. It's always kind of eery, and lonely.

I don't find them creepy at any point, but I feel like there's more of an intrusion at night. Like the day is for family to grieve, and the night is to let them rest, kind of. But I've never found it peaceful either, it just seems like... Emptiness. You know? There's no one there anymore. :|

For me it depends on the graveyard some of them are just peaceful but the one from my picture is really old and it scares me.
